Question for people with cats.

Who else is a heavy sleeper, able to sleep through storms, small earthquakes and such, but when the cat begins to throw up on the other side of the house, you are awakened from your sleep and out of bed in the blink of an eye?

When I still lived down under, two of my cats teamed up to pee over my Petra CD collection, it was the one day that I nearly could have skinned a cat.

It's a pretty distinctive sound, isn't it?

My wife has no stomach for it, so I'm the designated cat puke cleaner-upper in the family. We have three of the critters in our house at the moment. Along with three children. You might begin to suspect that my wife and I are insane.
