The Petra Zone

Last year I opened a Pethead football league, but hardly anybody joined and I eventually closed it.

I'd like to do one this year, but would like to have at least 8 teams, preferably 10.

Yahoo fantasy football leagues should open up around the beginning of June, so let me know if you're interested. If enough people are, I will open a league.

The leagues are free and easy to join. All you need is a yahoo id, and those are free and easy to get as well.

Well, with no response so far here, and only two in the baseball league interested, I may not even bother opening one this year.

Yahoo Fantasy Football leagues will open tomorrow, Tuesday, June 5. I will open a Pethead league and see how many sign up.

We now have 8 teams out of 12. The league is filling up quicker than I thought. I've allowed people to apply to enter off of the internet. So, if you're wanting to play, you'd better get in quickly.

The league is now full, and barring anyone jumping ship until then we are now set. We'll have a live draft on Saturday, August 25 at 5:00 pm CST.

I guess I got in just in time. I haven't played the Yahoo version before.
