The Petra Zone

As many of you know we will be having a little girl within the next couple of weeks and we still haven't decided on a name; We are looking for a biblical name. If you all have any ideas feel free to put them down, plus comment on what we already have. We are looking for advice!

1. Isabella(Haven't figured on a middle name)
2. Esther Ruth
3. Ava Rose
4. Ezra Zion
5. Hannah Marie
6. Rachel Marie
7. Rebeca Zurial
8. Yonah Sarene(Yonah is actually prononced as Jonah)

I think Sarah Elizabeth would be a good name. I like the names Rachel, Rebeca, Leah and Hannah.

It has gone very well; She is taking an ejection of Lovenox everyday but she is ok with it. God is truly blessing us with the whole process of the pregnancy.

Definitely DO NOT name her Esther...please. She will be teased constantly about her name, even from fellow Christians (taunts of "Queen Esther" come to mind).

From your list, Hannah Marie or Rachel Marie sound good.

Why not Esther? My sister is named Esther, and in all her 24 years, she has NEVER been teased about it. People always love her name. I, on the other hand, am the one who ALWAYS gets teased, thanks to that good old song, Oh, Susannah!" (I still love my name, though).

My niece is named Isabella Faith. Two of my other sisters are Sharon-Rose and Tabitha. Some other good Bible names not mentioned are Priscilla, Abigail, Deborah, Leah, Lydia, and Miriam.

Shell, I have a cousin named Sarah Elizabeth. It IS a good name!

Can I recommend "Petra" as a name.

Petra was in the running for a while but was dropped or might I say was vetoed by my better half.
