I hope you guys do it, so Mercury Morris can go away and fade into history.
As a Lions fan, I have little else to look forward to every season. After draft day, that is.
This photo contains my brother and me outside of Ford Field shortly after the Lions defeated the Chiefs.

Oh man. And there seemed like so much promise during the first half of the season. I don't think there's anything more frustrating than the torture of being a Lions fan.

Well, both the Cardinals and the Lions have won only one playoff game since the Super Bowl era, however, the Cardinals have won a playoff game in the last decade. The Lions haven't won a playoff game in almost 20 years.

Jacksonville I believe has a shot at beating the Pats this weekend; They run the ball really well and thats the one weak link in the Pats armor is run defense. Here are my predictions.
Patroits 27
Jaguars 24
Colts 28
Chargs. 17
Pack. 35
Sea. 14
Giants 38
Cboys 27

Detroit Lions fans are like Chicago Cubs fans. They complain and moan about how much their team sucks, yet they still pay $$$ to go to the games. As long as the fans keep ponying up the money, the owners have no reason to upgrade the team into a winner.
But hey, it's your money...keep flushing it down the toilet on a losing team that does not care one iota about it's fans. Wait, let me change that. In the eyes of the Lions' owner, you're not even considered "fans"...just dollar signs.

I'd say those predictions are about right on. I definately think the giants have a good shot at taking down the cowboys. I am sure the pats will win but it won't be easy. If the pats can shut down the run there is no way the qb can beat them with his arm.
