Before I go any further, I "need" to post more often than what I have been doing.

Anyhoo, I have been following a group from Finland called HB (initials stand for Holy Bible). A couple of weeks ago I bought their english album called "Frozen Inside". That album, along with their earlier album, "Enne", are both great.

I made a review about this (using the name "swamprat75"). The review is here at this site:

I did include links to sites that had clips (and a video) to a couple of songs.

In November, they will be releasing their fourth album called "Piikki Lihassa" which will be released at the Maata NÃ¤kyvissÃ¤ Festival in Finland. The USA will be represented by Sanctus Real and Dien Taylor.

Although an all-girl group, I also recommend BarlowGirl.

Some people I know are really big about Anberlin and think that the band is one of the best out there, but I don't see it. I've listened to 2 of their albums and have been left pretty unimpressed. I think I'm spoiled as a child of 90s altrock.
