It can be kind of hard to know exactly what someone might mean when you can't see or hear them, Elo; don't beat yourself up. You can't take this Internet stuff too personally, it'll drive you crazy. It's normal to get upset about stuff sometimes, but if you've made your point as clearly as you can and they're not listening, don't waste your time with them. And make sure if you lend someone a tape it's not your only copy.
