Hi guys. My dad went home today to see Jesus. It hasn't quite hit me yet but I would definately appreciate your prayers. I wasn't ready and my Mom certainly wasn't ready. I sure hope Jesus comes back REAL soon. I'm watching the sky and the news and my Bible. I'll be back in a few days. Later and God bless. Gary.

It's hard to lose a parent, even when they are a Christian and you know where they are. I'll be praying for you.

I'm praying for you and your family. I don't know how it is to lose a parent, but I do know how it is to lose someone close to you.

God will pull you through this....it makes you long for heaven just a little more dosn't it?

*hugs*

I'm sorry to hear about your Dad. I'm sure you're taking comfort in knowing he's home with Jesus. It's hard losing someone you love, but having Jesus by your side will make it a little easier to cope. Keep your chin up. We're here for ya. :)

oh I`m so sorry

Gary, I'm gonna pray for you too. I lost my dad almost 4 years ago and I'm not sure if he became a Christian or not, even though I had witnessed to him over and over again. Your dad is with Jesus you have that comfort of knowing that. I know just knowing that is not going to keep you from hurting and missing him and I know it's very hard on your mom as well, because he will be greatly missed. Death definitly is our enemy. But Jesus has overcome the enemy and we all shall be united with Him.

Try to take comfort in knowing your dad is in the awesome presence of a loving Savior who will also reach out to you and your mom with His peace and His love and will send people alongside you to help you through this difficult time.

We share your senses and feel. Remember, we are with you. And the most important thing: the Lord is with you and your family. One day, all of us gonna be with Him.
So then, you can say to your father: Hello Again. We are here forever.

Bless from Blodgett and Cinthya Castellanos, of Mxico City.

Hey guys. I got back from the my mother's mouse yesterday. Dad had everything in order for her and she has the church to help her through. I sang the Double Take version of Creed for the funeral. My dad was Pastor of the local church and they took care of the entire funeral for my Mother. God is good. My dad was sick for so long with various problems and now he is free as a bird able to run and play like a kid. It won't be long til I see him again. I absolutely believe Jesus is coming back REAL soon. I'm sad for me but happy for him.

Everybody has to say their goodbyes
While they wipe away the tears from their eyes
Everybody bids a fonder farewell
When they know there won't be any sequel
Everybody says a Sayonara
When they know they won't be back tomorrow
Everybody hopes to have reunions
Back together with the ones they knew once

There's a salutation that's reserved for heaven's own

(Chorus)
Hello again- we're back together
Hello again- we're here forever
Hello again- rejoined in heaven
Hello again

Everybody's gonna be there waiting
They just want to see you graduating
Gonna see the ones who've gone before us
They'll be cheering in a mighty chorus
Everybody will be glad to see ya
Even if it wasn't their idea
Every argument will be forgotten
We remember them for now but not then

When we see each other there'll be just one thing to say...

Say goodbye to the loneliness forever (Never be alone)
Say hello to the garden once again
Say goodbye to this world of stormy weather
Say hello to the One who calls you "friend"
I can't wait until we're reunited and we say...

Gary, that was such a perfect song to sing. I really like that song. I'm glad to hear everything went fairly smooth. It is hard when we lose a loved one, but in a case like your Dad's you can take comfort in knowing he's 'free as a bird'. Take care of yourself and remember we're here praying for you.
