I saw The President

I went to a Bush Campaign Rally in Marquette, MI today. Actually, I volunteered to help out with the event and I was assigned crowd control duty (i.e. kicking out any protestors).
After seeing President Bush speak, I am convinced that he is a very genuine person. He instills a feeling of patriotism when he speaks, and he is an obvious leader. He covered a lot of his basic campaign platforms, but one of the key points of his speech was "personal responsibility" and how he wants to help shape a nation where people can govern themselves as the founding fathers intended for us to do.
It was a very excitiing event, and although I didn't get to shake his hand, I did get my picture taken with Mrs. Michigan, which was pretty sweet.
