why not to vote for John Kerry

Let say first that if you don't like John Kerry, that doesn't automatically mean you have to like GWB.
If you don't like what GWD believes and stands for, and the direction in which he chooses to lead the country, then he's not the guy for you.
You shouldn't vote for Kerry because he is not a leader. George Bush is not afraid to state and defend what he believes to be true and right. He's also not afraid to take and push for action that will move the country in the direction of what he believes. Regardless of whether you agree with all his ideas, that is leadership.
John Kerry seems afraid to take a stand for things. For example, he says that he is against gay marraige, but then also says he won't do anything to stop it. He has recently said that he belived life begins at conception, but again he also said he wouldn't do anything against abortion. That is not leadership. He doesn't show a willingness to lead, and he doesn't take a strong stand for the things he believes. I think if he really did that, many people would no longer want to vote for him.
I think people should vote for someone that is a leader and someone whose leadership they agree with. If you don't like GWB's keadership, don't vote for him. Don't vote for Kerry because he's not a leader. Either vote for a third party or write-in that is a leader, or don't vote.
I'm amazed that so many people are voting for Kerry, not because they like him or what he belives, but because they can't stand Bush, and Kerry is the only one with a shot to get rid of Bush. John Kerry is the nominee because he won a few big primaries and people who couldn't stand Bush decided to rally behind him simply because they want Bush out and Kerry already ahd won a few primaries. He's not even that likeable of a guy. Not much charisma going on with him. A new poll showed that John Edwards was more likeable all around by a large margin.
So, vote for someone that is a leader. Not just any leader, but one whose leadership direction you agree with. John Kerry is not a leader. The only leading he will do is lead this way, and that way, eand everywhich way in an attempt to please everyone, while ultimately satisfying none and ruing the country. This lack of leadership will catch up to him sooner or later.
True leader don't try to please everyone. They have a clear vision and belief of what direction to lead in, anmd that is what they do. Ultimately they can only really satisy those who are board with their vison, but hey, that's leadership. The leader of a company is hired because he is just that, a leader. If his leadership turns out to be wrong, he is canned and replaced with another leader, not with someone that doesn't have a vision and a plan.
That's it for my rant.
