Shadows.
Love comes down, on the move, silence screams, broken promises, military man and lovespeak are good also.

Re: What's Your Favorite Rez Band Song????
Another long-winded response from me coming up. I have loved the Resurrection Band since my brother got Live Bootleg for Christmas back in 1984. I've always thought they were just as good as Petra, or very close to it.
I made an 80-minute compilation CD about 15 years ago with my favourite songs of theirs in chronological order (** beside my top 5):
**Waves
**Awaiting Your Reply
**Broken Promises
Afrikaans
Autograph
City Streets
Elevator Muzik
Can't Get You Outta My Mind
**Lovin' You
Military Man
Area 312
White Noise
So In Love With You
Gameroom
Attention
Defective Youth
**Shadows
Light/Light
Right On Time
Across These Fields Reprise
That's just what I could fit on 1 CD. They are a band with dozens of great songs, much like Petra. They went out on a high note when they released their last studio album of new material Lament in 1994. Great concept album!

A lot of people like their earliest albums the best, but I like their albums from the mid/late 80's onward. I don't know why but I do.

I haven't listened to enough of them to actually know their albums but the 80s is always the best part for anyone seems like

I think a lot depends on what's happening in our lives when we are discovering these albums. It's pretty hard to top the albums that we listened to during our formative years because we associate them with so many other memories.George Harrison wrote: ↑Thu Oct 03, 2019 10:39 pmA lot of people like their earliest albums the best, but I like their albums from the mid/late 80's onward.
