John Schlitt New Album "GO"

I noticed that Mark Townsend wrote some of the songs, I think he also produced at least part of the album. He played guitar for DC Talk, and produced some of the Reliant K albums

It's a good album. I don't like every song on it -- in fact, a couple of them kind of grate against me -- but that's typical for every John Schlitt solo album. There are certain styles of music he happens to like that I don't really care for, but he always has several really killer songs, so it balances.

I can't remember off the top of my head. I've only listened to the album a couple times, so I'm not especially familiar with it yet.

Yeah. I'm not overly fond of fighting the fight, find a way and let's go, but they are still pretty good. All the other songs are good imo. On some the guitars are mixed a bit too low imo, like in Fake News, but at least the production is good and clean.

Yes, I remember "Time Keeps Rolling" now that you mention it because I thought the constant, tuneless refrain was a little annoying. But overall, it's a strong album. Classic John Schlitt.

The "GO" album is fantastic! I agree with Diehard...the title cut is my fave. I LOVE this record! So well produced, and John's vocals sound GREAT!! Thank you John and all who contributed to the superb production of this great work that blesses us fans so much!
