My Nominations for Artist of the Year

Hey Petheads and friends.

I know I haven't been posting very much lately on the zone. So much has been going on in my life - and then internet problems - that I just have a hard time posting these days. But I haven't forgotten about you guys! Besides, some of us will get together in Sheboygan, WI for the 3 "Pethead Convention" on Dec. 31st. Looking forward to seeing some of you!

Well, I got some great news and I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!

I'm excited to announce that I've been nominated for Artist Of The Year, IndieHeaven Momentum Awards 2007.

My nomination is in the following categories: Song Of The Year (Blessed), Female Vocalist Of The Year, Rock Artist Of The Year, Worship Artist Of The Year.

You can vote only for one artist per category. I'd like to suggest my friend "Tawana" for the Contemporary Artist Category and "David Michael Carrillo" for Male Vocalist Of The Year. I support both these artist's ministries and they are awesome!

This is really important and counts for me this year and I would so appreciate your votes and support during the voting month of December. Last day to vote will be December 31st before midnight.)
You can vote only once per IP address, so be sure to go through all the categories. You may even find an additional artist you want to vote for in another category.
There will be 5 finalists per category and I would be very thankful just to make it to those final 5! So please go to the page and vote and tell all your friends, family and co-workers about it!!
I would love to have 200-300 people voting..........the more the better my chances!

Also Warren has a song up on IndieHeaven Radio. The song's name is called "Cry Out" and is listed under my name 'Sam Scales' due to the fact that I'm the one that has the page up on IndieHeaven.

Here are some instructions for that: Once the IndieHeaven Radio Page comes up, scroll down to find Warren's song (my name and Cry Out), click on it and that brings it to the beginning of the Charts and you should hear the song playing also. Go back up to where the chart page starts, you should see my picture there, the name of the song and some grey stars. Highlight them all yellow with your mouse, and then click, that sets the vote. You can vote as often as you like, every day. Let's make it NUMBER ONE!!!

Sam I went to the site to vote and checked out some of your tunes is audio supposed to be that fast it's like playing 2X to fast or is that the way it is supposed to be ?

Your picture stuck out to me as I'm going through the posts and I remembered that I approved you on MySpace on John's and Bob's websites! So I'm listening to your music right now on MySpace. I didn't want to sign up for yet another website to listen to your music on soundclick......

If you went to the radiochart one to vote for the song "Cry Out" then you heard HIS stuff.

Sam, Thanks a bunch for listening and the nice comments! Ill go add yall. I didnt know my thing was set to not add bands.. ill have to change that.. myspace takes on itself at times i think.. Yea, i play keyboard and some guitar. Id like to be on indie heaven.. mabe ill sign up at the beginning of the new year. There are several Internet radio stations playing my tunes.. one of them is The Right Place. I just sent off a few of my songs to some place in TN that submits songs to movie , tv, advertisement by request of them. Thats not a direction i was wanting to go.. but i think they are probalby intersted in pitching the song You are the One to them. And that i can hear in a movie. ok added.. if you do go to my soundclick.. there is a bluesy type tune.. I wrote , called Save this Sinner, Warren mite like. I dont think u have to sign up to listen at soundclick do ya? im not sure since ive been on there for 2 yrs now. if ya do.. i can email just the link to it... thanks..

Hey Michael,

Thanks so much for adding us! Yeah, I think MySpace has a mind of it's own sometimes. Working with Bob and John's sites, it gets interesting at times......I get the "unexpected error" message at times and I'm like: "What unexpected error??? All I did is hit 'APPROVE'" HAHAHA.

I defininetly can hear that piano tune in a movie. I could just listen to that over and over and over again. I would love to have you put some piano parts to my songs..........but first things first. Copyright is first, then funds for all the other stuff......

With Soundclick, yeah, you gotta sign up first before you get to listen to any of your stuff. That's why I was so disappointed, because I'm not going to sign up for one more site and another password to remember.

Warren has been looking for new music to play his saxophone with, because he plays with tracks when he does his jazz music........we'd sure like to take a listen.

By the way. Are you coming to Sheboygan, WI for John and Bob's gig with Sue??
