John or Petra?

I could be wrong, but I think both John and Bob are on the same page. What I mean is, if one decided to leave, I couldn't see the other trying to keep Petra afloat. 10 years ago was a different story when Bob went on hiatus. I don't think Petra could survive John's retirement or Bob's retirement / absence again.

Would we keep spinning our Petra CDs? Of course we would. Eventually, that's all we will have. No matter where where John or Bob end up.
