Would any of you Petra fans out there happen to have some sort of documents or memorabilia that contains Petra's concert schedule for 1985? For example, it is not uncommon for a rock group to put the concert itinerary on the back of the T-shirts that they sell.
In particular, I am looking for the concerts dates they performed that year in Houston, Texas at Hofheinz Pavillion. I know that it was sometime in the first half of 1985.
Any help would be appreciated.

Here's an ebay listing of their concert t-shirt: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Petra-C ... 4ac019cb86
Close up of the reverse:
Here's a set list from their Villa Park, Illinois (Probably listed as "Chicago" on promo materials) show on September 20, 1985.
The Zone's a good start, but you may try contacting the University of Houston.

I use to have that shirt, but rarely wore it because it is long sleeves and was living in SE Texas at the time. Something that has always bothered me was that my date(Port Arthur, Tx) was not on there; they played Port Arthur the night after Houston and I believe they went on to Corpus Christi after our show. I think we were added to the tour late and the shirts were already made.

Me too. I had all of those long sleeved, short sleeved and no sleeved shirts.
In 85, the night before Tulsa tickets were to be sold, I camped out at the Tulsa Convention Center ticket office with my friend Dennis. We were dumbfounded that nobody, and I mean nooooobody was there. We bought the first two tickets sold, seats one and two on the front row. We were assaulted by bass from the subs all night. Luckily, I had my dad's camera, looked like the press I suppose, and walked all over taking pics. Used to have some posted over at petrarocksmyworld.com.
The opener that night was Leslie Philips.
It was a good night, but I preferred Petra in the smaller Brady Theater, which is where they would return for the next few years. It sounded good anywhere in the house.
