I guess the million dollar question is--did John and Louie associate with each other during the making of the CD?

If not, did each of them know of the other's involvement with the project?

Just curious.

Mhhh... "LIAR" sound like Metallica, ten years ago. So, here's a paradox: I don't like Metallica, even ten years ago. But I Love LIAR. Mhhh...

We didn't hear Metallica, but we did think of AC/DC's "Thunderstruck". Glad you liked it anyway.

No - they weren't at the same place at the same time.

John knew Louie was on the project - Louie didn't know John was on the project.

Right, cause at the time that Louie was recording, we had some different players and singer lined up. It wasn't untill the end, when we were supposed to send it off to master that we asked John.

The other people (in order) to sing were to be Wayne Howard, the original singer (who sounds ALOT like John), then Michael Gleason (AD), then Mitch Malloy. Wayne couldn't do it, Michael's schedule and ours conflicted (plus listening to it now, it wouldn't have worked). Mitch wanted WAY to much control and he had an attitude about not having his list of players, so we were back to square one. We called Wayne Seboa and John, got it arranged. I sent John the scratch tracks and he commented on Wayne Howards voice, said that it was great, and asked why we weren't using him. John knew about Louie. Louie still may not know about John, I do not know. Either way, we are not a BAND. Both worked-for-hire to record. It is not a reunion record so it does not matter.

I like this way of doing things because you can pick some of the best of the best and make a record. If those people don't like each other, or do not jive musically, then you can avoid all chances of confrontation by tracking everyone separately.

I wonder how many songs John Schlitt sings on and how many songs Louie Weaver plays on.

John sings on all ten. Louie played every song and them some, but only six were used.

We will be releasing some downloads with Louie messing around, an instrumental, and a couple of songs that will fit the unused patterns.

John sing all ten songs? Enough for me, is the closet thing to a third John solo album, Jejeje.. I hope Brent don't be mad cause this opinion... jejeje... is just a Petrafan thinking in loud voice.
