Would you go to this show?

Post by brent » Mon Mar 14, 2005 9:40 pm

Would you pay to see Project Damage Control, featuring John Schlitt on vocals, Gregg Bisonnette on drums, Matt Bisonnette on bass, Derek Sherenian (Dream Theater) on keys, and a couple of hot-rods on guitar?

If you check out each player's site, you will see that these guys are musicican's musicians. Too many credits to list. A++ players.

How much was the last average theater or large club concert you attended?

How much was the last Christian concert that you attended?

You bet I would go.

I haven't been to a concert for awhile, the last one I went to was Stryper when they were at the House of Blues in L.A., and I don't remember how much I paid for it.

Yeah, I'd go see it if were a driveable distance. Greg Bissonette's awesome. Same goes for Derek Sherenian.
Last club concert I was at was a band called Population 1. It's Nuno Bettencourt's (from Extreme) new band. Those tickets were $12. I also saw Dream Theater last year. Those tickets were $34 plus all the other charges TicketMaster tacks onto that.

I can't wait to get the CD so I can hear this stuff. I also like the idea of having those tracks with Louie screwing around. Are you still planning to put those up for download, Brent? I eat that kind of stuff up.

Yeah. I will do a download of that stuff. I will post it for free over at Soundclick or CD Baby, etc.

I have to get motivated to get all of that together. It's easy to be lazy when it is dreary outside.

I would pay to see them.

The last large club concert I attended cost $28 (I think) for Glass Harp.

Hehehe, what kind of question is that when you are talking to Petheads....or Schlittheads, HAHAHAHA!!! :P :P

Well, I'd go see them perform, I really like the songs on that album!
But of course it has to be reasonable driving distance.
