Question

Is there a web site out there that shows the number of sales for each Petra album? I'm just curious on how each album sold.

I know Petra Praise: The Rock Cries Out and Beyond Belief were certified gold.

A couple of years ago we got some figures for the Inpop albums, but those are old. You'd probably be able to find them hidden somewhere in the archived messages on this board.

I used to know some of them but have forgotten all of that.
The early records were not tracked for some reason. JDB told me his thoughts on that. I think it involved money. So, whatever number someone comes to, add a few thousand or so.
Sales on tracked records are reported to subscribers of the service only. Sometimes the label is the subscriber and not the artist.
Petra's "green tree" has changed hands several times. Odds are that there is no true accounting of all sales including licenses, rereleases, compilations, etc.
