my mom is sick

she has influenza (i don`t know how to say it in english), is like the flu but a very very very serious flu, did I made myself clear?

she has been like this since saturday and I`m very scared

, please pray for her, ok.

Influenza is the same in English as in Spanish, so you said it right. Thanks for letting us know about this.

Yesterday was the worst. she has been under medication since sunday and she wasn`t getting better at all!!! she was shaking, puking (that was magic: she didn`t eat anything and she was puking

), coughing horribly and being unable to stand up. I was so scared, a neighbor who has been a whole life friend took her with a private doctor and guess what? the hospital gave her the wrong medication to my mom when we went to ER last saturday night. They didn`t do all the tests to her so they gave her something else

this doctor gave her other medication and she is way better now, she stills sick but she can stand up now and she hasn`t cough as much as yesterday, she could eat

gosh, I mean it, I was so scared:
1.- I can`t drive.
2.- my dad wasn`t here.

so thechnically we are on our own, I thank God for this woman (my mom`s friend), she has been incredibly supportive and all.

tomorrow will go to the hospital to see if my mom can get some papers for not going to work next week, she needs to reast at least for another week.

gosh, she was so sick, I was VERY scared, I thank God so much for this.

I'm glad she's better, that is pretty scary. The wrong medicine can cause some serious problems.

Yes, praise God that she is getting better. This flu seems particularly nasty and just doesn't want to let people go once it sets in.

i`m kinda getting sick too lol but i`m ok

she stills feels dizzy when she stands up but she is eating and moving and can talk, i tbank God so much for that.
