Having your ducks in a row is one thing.. but a gun needs to be aimed in the right direction to hit them.

I'm not to worried about the tour. I saw them on the Beyond belief tour and I knew they were coming to my hometown because they always did. The show was in November, and the tickets didn't go on sale till almost exactly 1 month before the show. The actual date wasn't even announced until two months before the show. And that was in the hey day. It did infact sell out 10,000+.

The key word there was 'heyday' Petra in their heyday could set something up with a local radio station on a weeks notice and have 10k+.
Its not their heyday anymore and very far from it. Everything has to be just right and in order for this to be as advertised.
The main thing I'm doing is praying that everyone involved just seeks God's Wisdom in all of this.
God might have something different in mind than a 40 city tour, 3 new albums, and all the other things we've been told. Maybe God just wants to mend some fences and get some hearts in order.
Remember what the song 'No Doubt' says "its never in what we are seeking its always something different"
