Hey! Are there ever Petra conventions where fans get together and have fellowship...And maybe have a cover band...merchandise table (New and old stuff for sale).....You know...Like Trek heads have? Just wondering...It would be great to start something like that.

Back in my my BC days I used to help out with KISS conventions and it's a cool way to get together and celebrate the music together.

I wouldn't go to one. If I was going to spend the time and resources, I would go to a concert and then hang out. Besides, the amount of hard core fans that give a rip are right here. You are talkin' to 'em already.

I disagree. I think think that there are a lot of fans out there that don't even know about this site.

And yet all they have to do is google Petra to find a message board and they do not. That tells me they don't care. You know, you can get a little report that tells who Googles what.

Well maybe they read things on here but just haven't joined in the fun. It wouldn't surprise me if some of the band members get on here and read what is being said, but they don't want to sign in or up because of the constant arguing.

Most of the ones I have spoken with do not come here and read. The ones that do visit do not do it often. They have too much to do. Occasionally one of them receives an email from a friend or fan about nonsense here, and they find out about it that way.
