I cannot get enough of Beyond Belief... and I'm driving my wife crazy with it. John's wails, Bob's lead solos, the interlude on Last Daze, it all just rocks me silly. Sublime!! Geez, I miss the Elefantes!

Yeah, whenever I need a Petra fix or a mind-cleansing, BB is my go-to disc.

I'm with you guys. To me, that Petra era is unsurpassed. From This Means War! to On Fire and then onto Beyond Belief. They just got better and better. Beyond Belief to me is one of those albums that comes along once in a generation to redefine what the best in music actually is. A whole album (not just three or four songs) where we are held totally captivated by the awesome music and full-on lyrics with an unashamed christian message. Mind you, On fire aint that far behind on both counts.

Oh, I totally agree! Beyond Belief is 100% classic! It always has been and always will be my favorite album of all time.

It's nice to know it's not just me... Though I love it, I know I can't listen to that album objectively. Every time I hear it, I revert to being 12 years old. Then I jump around on the furniture and yell along. :D
