I wonder why their not playing Too Big? That is a great live song; It would be a great opening number.

I'd rather hear them play Too Big than Back to the Rock myself. Did they do the chrous for WOHWCDN in the middle of Stand Up?

You'll nailed the setlist. It was a great show. It brought back many great memories.
mke:
They did the "Without Him We can Do nothing" during Stand up. I love the song, but prefer it with at least one of the verses instead of just repeating the phrase over and over again....
It was really great to see the band praising and performing again. I have followed this board for many years, but usually don't take the time to post too much. Most everyone else here usually covers my two cents.....
Probably the coolest thing about seeing Classic Petra was that this incarnation of the band was identical to my first Petra concert that I saw way back in the fall of 1985 in Music Hall in Cincinnati. My kids' (ages 11 & 7) first Petra concert, that they remember, would be with the same 5 guys.....(BTW, I took my kids to an outdoor concert back in 2004 in Cincinnati about two months after my youngest was born)
The crowd was ok. It didn't seem to affect the band, but I would have loved to see the place packed out. It was about half full. From what I understand, this was a last minute thing. CP was on its way to Buffalo for Kingdom Bound. Promoter was friends with one of the members of the church and asked if they would be interested in hosting. It all happened pretty fast, because I heard about the concert only about 3 weeks before the date. So there was not a ton of time to promote it. Can't say enough about the folks of Circleville Nazarene, they were great hosts.
