Lone Survivor
Anybody read this book? I don't read much, but a co-worker let me borrow it, and it was fantastic. It gave me a new appreciation for the military, especially the Seals and Special Forces. It also shows the American spirit; comapssion and rallying together, and there's perhaps divine providence woven in as well. Vulgarity aside, it really was well done. I'm glad I took the time to read it.

Re: Lone Survivor
Sounds like you'd like Unbroken by Laura Hillenbrand which is an amazing story of a WW II bomber pilot who is captured by the Japanese. Brutal how the POW's were treated. The Japanese looked at anyone who would "allow" themselves to be captured as dogs and they were treated worse than dogs. Really interesting.
