What am I talking about you say?
Not only does this mark the end of peTra, but this maybe the last year that some of the best of the 80's headliners are all playing in the same year.
These bands will be playing at different concerts through out 2005
Whitecross - *new album/festivals
Guardian - *festivals
Holy Soulder - *festivals
Saint - *festivals
Stryper - *new album/reborn tour
PETRA - *fairwell tour
I think Bride will still be playing this year.
----if you know anymore of the 80's Metal & Rock bands that will play again this year, list them below.

Guardian
Guardian will be playing at the Beyond the Mountain festival, along with Tourniquet, Holy Soldier, Whitecross, Barren Cross, Deliverance, Sacred Warrior, Once Dead, Saint, Recon, Neon Cross, Ultimatum, Tower of Hundred, 39 Lashes, Reaching For Mercy, Laudamus and Demize. It is in San Bernadino on Aug. 27-28.
They are also recording a new full length album (not the greatest hits that they talked about earlier) for release this fall. This info is from the keyboard of Jamie Rowe himself through his site message board. He posts pretty much daily unless his schedule doesn't permit. David Bach and Karl Ney post from time to time as well. Even original Guardian lead singer Paul Cawley has been dropping by lately. http://www.jamierowe.com

Re: Guardian
I had heard that they were recording three songs for a compilation album, but a full length album is even better.BriGuyPEI wrote:They are also recording a new full length album (not the greatest hits that they talked about earlier) for release this fall.
