AWESOME!!!! I would love to have more of this stuff; The behind the scenes are always cool. I've been hoping for a few years now that Bob would bring out some type of instrumental.

Wow, this is great! I too would love to see more behind the scenes stuff with these guys; there's not a whole lot of it kicking around now!

A lot of people play guitar but there are few "guitar players!" Even though Bob looks like he's in another world while he's playing, you can just see the wheels turning as the fingers fly...

"Pethead" is not a title. It's a way of life.

Bob's all about tone. He's analyzing all aspects of the guitar. Judging by the text remarks of the video, the guitar is strung heavy with high action to boot. Not much fun to play, but he's doing alright with it. Any guitar can be set up to be more playable. I have a Zion Powerglide that used to play like garbage. I got tired of it and reworked it and it's definitely my "go to" guitar now.
Yeah, he's definitely out in left field when he's trying it out. I think he would have stood there for an hour if they would have left him. He knows alot of Stevie Ray Vaughn licks.

Right. There are tons of great guitar players. They just aren't pretty young guys most of the time. Many of them make money doing other things and just play for fun. There is a guy in Tulsa that used to give lessons. He was well known by the great guitarists of the 60's, 70's, 80's. This player was happy to play a lounge near the Tulsa International Airport. He had enough of the business. When the stars would be in the Midwest, it was not uncommon to see them drop by to watch him play. There are probably thousands of guys like this. Go to Nashville and you will swing a stick and hit numerous players that will never see the light of a big stage. All to often the players in famous bands don't play much on their own records, because they just have the look and are musically shallow.

Some cool Stevie Ray Vaughn licks going on there. Awesome to see and listen too.
