I saw it this afternoon...The advantage of going on a week day is it isn't very crowded, there was hardly anyone else there. I liked it, it was well done and it ties into the story line. I don't know though, I still prefer the Star Wars with Harrison Ford and Carrie Fisher. So shoot me. :D

Next is Batman Begins. 8)

The first half of Revenge of the Sith was okay, not great, but then it gets a lot more exciting in the last half, especially when Anakin changes sides. One thing that unsettled me about Episode 3 is the way Obe Wan and Anakin talked - they sounded too "movielike" and not much like normal conversation. Sure, Star Wars is fiction, but the acting should still be realistic.

I agree that they should stop here and not do any more episodes. Besides, I favor the older ones (4 - 6) because of their historical value. There's something cool about movies made back then (70s - 80s) that more recent movies don't live up to.

May the Morse Code be with you all. . .

They aren't being "movielike"... they are being more formal. The Jedi order has very specific master/padawan hierarchies, and they speak in such a way as to show respect for each other, both ways. In the final battle, when emotions are running high, then they break out of their well-cultivated Jedi mannerisms and let their human emotions show.

It's kind of similar to when a politician is giving a speech... he will generally use more formal language for a more formal occasion. When that same guy is at home with his family, he speaks differently. The way Jedi address each other is formal on purpose.
