The whole labor process was pretty intense. It was definitely physically demanding for me (near-constant massage for hours and hours), but I know it wasn't close to what she went through. But it was all good, Yoli accomplished her goal of a totally natural birth with no medical interventions, etc!

And yes, I change lots of diapers. I'm a 12+ year veteran of children's ministry at church, so this is nothing new.
