Do you remember the sister of my friend who died because of cancer?

well, guess what....

the father wants the full custody of the girl and he says he has the legal right of it (they live in tucson)

The thing is this, the guy raped the sister of my friend and for her not having problems with the baby and inmigration they got married but later divorce. he never looked for the baby or even care for them.

according to a lawyer, there`s nothing my friend can do and he has full custody. I find that absurd, there`s gotta be more complicated than that.

my pastor is a ï¿½lawyer and he has tons of contacts in tucson, please pray he can help my friend. he just lost his sis and know also losing her niece, please guys PRAY. they will talk on wednesday and for meeting on thursday....

Sheesh, that is ridiculous. He raped someone, and now he wants custody of a daughter he never showed interest in? There's something wrong with that picture. I'll pray for them. How old is she?
