I'll hold my breath on this one,and won't tell the kids about it,until we get there.

This concert is posted on John's website and I am curious if it was a trade off for the Dallas show. Whatever the sitiuation is,I hope they play in Texas. The Henderson county coliseum is a 28 acre Rodeo outfit, and I would sure hate to get there and end up watching a Rodeo!!!

Regarding the cancelled concert at "The Door" in Dallas:
My best friend has started a band in the Dallas area. He has dealt with the management at "The Door" and he says that the guy who runs the locations is a....well...you know what. Pessimistic, ugly, and just downright difficult. My friend knows this from experience trying to get in and get paid from there. He made a phone call there and spoke with a nice lady about a few things and then he mentioned (I told him about the Petra concert being cancelled) the Petra cancellation to her. She clammed up and got very stiff with him immediately.
That's too bad. A good thing that really isn't.
I hope the Athens concert goes thru. I live in the OKC area and will drive to see it. I've seen them in the OKC area, Tulsa, Wichita KS twice and Sherman, TX. I'll definitely drive to Athens. It'll be about 6 hours but it'd be worth it.

A wise person will realize there is more than one side to every story and that they probably don't know all the circumstances. A wiser person will be careful about what they say on the Internet even if they do know all the circumstances. The wisest person will pray about a situation before they do anything else. Let's not get into this.

That wasn't directed at you personally Artur.

I just think there are some things that are best not dealt with on the Internet. Just my opinion.

You didn't do anything wrong Artur. You just asked a question. You know me, I do my best to try and keep the peace around here.

In this case before things actually got too out of hand.
