Please pray for this family

I just got an urgent call from a very good friend that her family is in a medical crisis. There is a huge history of pancreatic cancer in the family, and they have lost their father and an aunt to it. Her sister is scheduled to have tests done tomorrow for problems suspected to be pancreatic. On top of that, today, her brother is having urgent symptoms of the same problems and is at the ER! Besides that, they have to figure out how to tell their mom... Please please please keep the Pascuzzi family in New York in your prayers as they face all these uncertainties! Pray not only for health, but for strength and calming and comfort. I'll update as I can.

Wow, with having recent emergency room visits myself and medical problems I can so relate to the stress and worry this family must be going through.

Dearest Lord Jesus,

I come before You on behalf of several members of the Pascuzzi family who is struggeling with pain, illness problems and the worries of possible cancer. Lord I pay first of all that You would grant them peace, peace of mind and remove the spirit of fear far from them. Lord, put them in contact with doctors who have great wisdom. Give insight to the doctors in how to treat these family members who are struggeling. Help them to find out what the problem is and Lord, touch their bodies with healing so that their bodies can fight what is going on within them. I pray that Your power would make things right that are wrong and line their bodies up to work properly in the order that You had created them to work originally.

I pray that they will be surrounded with people who will encourage them, uphold them and stand by them, go with them and be their Aaron and Hur during this time of dispair. Lord I pray that the whole Pascuzzi Family will have a blessed Christmas, with good news of healing and restoration. Father send blessings to this family. Envelop them with Your hedge of protection.

Thank You Jesus that we can come before You with our fears, worries and pleas on behalf of other people and ourselves as well. We praise You for answers, we praise You for Your touch, for Your stripes You have taken on our behalf so that we might be restored to You in our relationships and our well being. Thank You Jesus and I ask these things in Your Holy Name. AMEN.

My friend just called me with an update. They found a walnut-sized tumor in her brother's pancreas. Not sure whether it is cancerous yet or not, he will undergo 8 days of testing starting next Thursday. This news comes with the anniversary of their father's death from pancreatic cancer 26 years ago tomorrow! Right now, they are trying to figure out how to tell their mother, who may well break down from the news. Praise God that her sister got better news, her pancreas is fine. Please keep praying HARD for this family. They need strength, comfort, guidance, and courage as they face the upcoming challenges.
