Is it still technically called hangman even if you're playing in another language?

Give me a *.

I will give you A for "asterisk"

O _ E N K I

_ E S U

K A ?

By the way, the two blanks that are left are letters, not crazy puntuation marks.

J

There's your big J.

Now for the puzzle. . . the final missing letter is D, so here's the answer:

OGENKI DESU KA?

Now can someone guess what language that phrase is in, and what the phrase means? :?: :?:

The phrase is Icelandish and means, "Man, it's cold here."

o- = polite prefix

genki = spirit, energy, vitality

desu = is

ka? = question particle

So Ogenki desu ka? means "How are you?" --- but in what language?? (boy, I'm sure this is hard to guess)
