SHEESH, guys... Like I of all people would post something I wasn't absolutely sure about! Usually I don't post anything like this until I have the product itself in my hands, but in this case, I feel entirely secure in my source. Since it is a PDF downloaded straight from Inpop's Web site. Apparently, the PDF that was sent to the printer's to make the DVD labels with. In fact, I printed it myself on a nice color printer, put it in an old case that an AOL CD came in, and I've been FREEKING people out with it all weekend! Mwa ha ha!
Straight from Inpop's Web site. They've posted it for the media to see. And now anyone who has been here longer than about a year and a half, and who has been paying attention, probably can figure out where to find it for themselves... the URL has been posted on the Zone before.

It is my opinion that record companies that Petra used to be affiliated with are taking their taking their retirement for granted. Now I am glad that Bob actually had something to do with this new greatest hits cd.
Most well established secular artists have stated in their contracts that if former/current record contracts want to release a greatest hits CD they have to get the permisson from the artists itself. I know one artist(Bon Jovi) has full control on what goes on current Cd's and also greatest hits comps.

Mike I know you are a relaible source, but I pray you are wrong. Judas' Kiss is the first song I ever heard from Petra and it was live baby!

I certainly HOPE my information is good... but I also hope that Judas' Kiss made it on there SOMEWHERE. There is always the possibility of DVD Easter Eggs (are CCM DVDs that clever?) and there's that wide-open "rehearsal footage" section that could have almost anything in it.

Maybe I'm not as picky as the rest of ya'll, but I'll be content with whatever gets released. Heck, it'll be my only chance to see Petra "live" before the end since I was unable to make it to any of their Farewell concerts.

Even with Hastings having some goofy info on this and other things, they do seemingly have a good price of $11.29 for it. I'll have to look at the other sites to see if there is a better price. I've already put my order in for one at the Hastings store here.

I edited my post on page 2 because after listening to the Farewell CD I think it was well done - I'm mostly content with the song selection, and the sound mixing is fine. The producers are far from "bozos" and I thank them so much for helping put this album together. God bless you and thank you thank you! [Farewell is great!
