It will be broadcast on Life Today's website when the program airs (to be announced.. usually 6-8 weeks following taping).
You can dig on Life Today's site (http://www.lifetoday.org) to see what channels/networks they are carried on if you want to watch it on TV.
Life Today's website also archives their recent guest programs, so you can always grab it there.
AND I will be getting a DVD of the program, which I'm sure we'll put up on jws.com if that's permissable (I'll have to check into that).
But in the meantime, check out Life Today's site - you can watch it from there & save our bandwidth!

WOW!
Well...last night was AMAZING to say the least. The experience of being in the studio audience of a Christian TV show was cool, then being able to see John and Dorla made it all perfect. They both handled the interview very good. John was able to give his testimony about being delivered from drugs and alcohol, and Dorla was able to tell the story John's process of coming to the Lord and getting saved. It was incredible.
The interview was not anywhere near long enough though! In fact, they went a couple of minutes over schedule, so the interview will be compressed a bit when it actually airs. John smiled alot, and seemed so happy to be there. There were some die hard John/Petra fans there, and John thought that was really cool that people came to support him being there.
After the interview, John sang two songs, and he did an outstanding job! I was front and center for this. The songs he did were off of "Shake", and were titled "Inside Of You" and "Show Me The Way".
After the show, John hung out and visited with everyone, so I got to meet him and get a picture. He was so much fun to talk to. He is actually one of the coolest guys that I have ever met. He's the real deal.
The show will air on James Robison's Life Today on October 19, 2006. For show air times, you should be able to visit http://www.lifetoday.org
Take care everyone!

Oh my! Did he remember the lyrics to "Show Me the Way"? Now, I'm not saying that to be unkind, but we've had conversations about how he always messes it up (and it is my favorite solo song). After the interview, John sang two songs, and he did an outstanding job! I was front and center for this. The songs he did were off of "Shake", and were titled "Inside Of You" and "Show Me The Way".
Man, we have to wait until October 19th? That stinks.

lol..that would be a tough song to remember lyrics to for sure! He did really great actually. I only noticed one minor error, but he covered it up really well! He did a great job!

Thanks for the report, Toby!
I talked to Sam (Scales) last night - she was at the show also, and said the same thing - that you could have heard a pin drop. The audience, even the TV crew, seemed to be mesmerized by what was being said by John and Dorla both.
One good thing about a later airing date is that by then John will have TWO new websites - and since he gave out the site as the point of contact to get in touch with him - this gives us a little more time to get it up and work out the kinks.
I hope my phone will ring off the hook once the show airs...
Kinda cool on that air date... my first concert I did with John - exactly 10 YEARS AGO - was on Oct. 18.
Amazing what God can do in the course of 10 years....

You may ask, but I'm not sure what "pretaining" means.
Do you mean "PERtaining to?"
If so... they will pertain to JOHN, of course!
Seriously, there will be a "promoter's site" which is basically a very stripped-down version with all the PERtinant information that a promoter would care about (in other words, you wouldn't see "Fun Stuff" or "Media Moments" on the promoter's site.)
The other one - the "fan site" will hold all the content that's on there now and more as we go along (the current content is so historical. I can't get rid of it... just can't do it. So we'll keep it - just because we can.).
Both sites will have a whole different look, and a much more professional appeal (the current site is grossly outdated, esthetically... I know that!).
I really can't wait to have these new ones up and running.
