Who is the guy that Weird Al is referring to in the song I Can't Watch This?

"and that guy with the real flat hair that goes 'woof woof woof' and waves his fist in the air"

He's referring to Arsenio Hall, who had a late-night talk show in the late '80s to early '90s.

Arsenio was terrible. The band had some studio cats in it. The drummer is on the tonight show I believe, the female keyboard player is a song writer who is the piano player on Drew Carey's Whose Line Is It Anyway. Arsenio sat on the top/back of the couch, asked stupid questions, was seldom funny on his own. Hi saving grace IMO was having Stryper on there. Prince played with underwear on, just leather chaps and bare butt. Winger, Sheila E, Slaughter, Skid Row...all of that era's big bands were on there.

I knew that his father died but I didn't know his mother died too.

It scary when there are people too young to get your pop-culture references...
