Hi guys and gals of the Petra zone, as i am at work, i thought to myself what would it be like to be a christian rock star like John Schlitt going all over the world, and telling all who will listen about Jesus Christ through the music that is played, and the words that are sung for everyone to hear, my question is this : how can a chr

istian man flee from the temptation of many women, young and old yelling your name at every concert guess John Schlitt is a stronger man then myself, i give the Lord Jesus Christ all the glory for he has kept John Schlitt safe from temptation, as John is the example for other christian artists to follow for many years to come. Having a cute wife to go home to probably helps. He's also not as young as he used to be.

Just kidding John.

There are people out there who don't care about the "rock star" image, and I've noticed there are plenty of guys in the audience at Petra concerts I've been to. Gals aren't the only ones who can fall into the "rock star" trap.

There's a thing called 'morals'. Also the fact if John were to give in to temptation he'd bring a lot of people down with him. His reputation would be on the line. Especially when you work so hard to win lost souls for Christ, then to give in to a temptation like that would be like slapping God in the face.

Thanks friends of the Petra zone, glad to see we have a few Petheads here in Minnesota to keep the fire going on the zone tonight, hey by the way is Petra comming back to "Heart alive entertainment center" in Brooklyn Center Mn this summer i have a feeling we will see them again in this good old city again soon, as the place is going through some re-hab work, and new owners this year, and will reopen this spring - can't wait- ROCK ON PETRA FANS!!

I haven`t fell in temptation because he could my dad. A very handsome dad tough hehehehehe JUST KIDDING!!!!!.

I believe that if you have also and strong relationship with Jesus that makes you stronger enfront of tempations and stuff besides of having a loving wife of course

specially if she makes good roasts hehehehe.

Matthew, I'm not too sure about Petra coming back to Heart Alive. If they do it might be at the request of their fans?

Maybe we could call Heart Alive and ask them? I hope they do, though, cause it was an awesome night last May.
