I agree. Caprill is a problem. Not for me. And if you are going to check out those other bands, you better hurry...most of them have disbanded by now.

I wish I could find more by the Walter Eugenes. I do have one tape of them, and it's mucho oldo.

Oddly, Caprill and Sixpence were two of my of my four favorite covers on the album. I thought Caprill's little note about the song in the liner notes was the best of any of them. It said something to the effect of:

"For all those blue hearts who feel like God has lost His box of crayons..."

(She did "The Coloring Song" cover. Get it? Color? Crayons? Never mind...)
