One more Topic choosing favorites...... (i don´t know if it was posted sometime)

The word "Petra" had diferent typography (I dont know how it writes) or "font" in many albums...

The idea is to choose one you like more... and the worst..... the nominates albums are:

1. No Doubt: I hated everything about this album

Most favorite cover: Wake-Up Call (followed closely by On Fire)

Least favorite cover: Warshes Hwiter Than

The best ones were the first three with Come and Join Us first.

I suppose one could say Beat the System is the "worst" simply because the word Petra is not on the front cover at all.

Any of the ones from the 90's are pretty dull.

I really like the "flying guitar" covers:

Never Say Die
More Power To Ya (my all time favorite album cover; I've always wanted a guitar like that!)
Not Of this World

They took a break with Beat The System then brought the imagery back with:

Captured In Time And Space (pretty dull, actually, but I was really into computers at the time so I thought it was awesome first time I saw it)
Back To The Street

Other favorite covers include:

This Means War
On Fire!

After that came the compact disc revolution, and great cover art became a thing of the past.

As for logos, my favorite Petra logo was the sword logo what never actually made it on an album cover.

Isn't kind of wierd that it never made it to a cover but was/is always known as Petra's emblem or sign.
