I'm the booking agent for three groups, SAINT-DA-FIED(christian metal), Running Back to Glory(pop/rock), and an unnamed band. We were hoping to come to your venue for a tour. One way to decrease the cost is to have ticket sales and prices as well as a Love Offering during the concert or in the weeks leading to the concert. Stylewise, I would compare Running Back to Glory with a combo of Petra, Casting Crowns and Mercy Me, and the unnamed band, at least vocally, to that of a combo of Michael Sweet of Stryper and Greg X. Volz of Petra. SAINT-DA-FIED is a combo of Skillet and Demon Hunter with some glam metal guitar riffs. Currently, the unnamed band is working on material, but has a set list for the tour. SAINT-DA-FIED has a CD called The Truth (In Black and White), and Running Back to Glory has a CD called Remove Your Shoes. Do they have sites? Do they have product for sale? Do they have sell sheets? Do they have references? Have they played shows before and been paid this kind of cash? Will the references confirm that these bands draw and that promoters can recoup expenses?

These are questions you should have answered in a post like that. Good luck with your promotion/management deal.
