EMJ Productions: An Abundance of Artists

EMJ Productions is happy to announce it now has 3 artists in its lineup. Viktor, a Praise/PopRock band in Atlanta, GA; SAINT-DA-FIED, a Christian Metal band in LaFollette, TN, and High Calling, a Southern Gospel band in Upstate, SC. They all are excellent groups with a show that'll surely reach all ages. Whatever kind of church you attend, there is a band for you. If you want to play in churches, you should contact CCLI and buy their mailing list. They are used by the majority of the legit churches, and churches that care to do the right thing. You could also contact key people in the denominational offices.

You need to look up the top stations in the top markets via R&R and see if they want to promote, or are cooping on promotions. You need an indie rep and PR person for contacts if you have none. Stations don't like cold calls from indies artisrts.

You need to look at the touring schedules of the top bands in your genre and try to get those buyers/venues to buy.

Personally, I don't see how any band without airplay and CDs on the shelves in the top retailers is going to get paid to play. That is my experience and opinion. There are successful charting bands that are not making a more than their net expenses right now.
