They don't have a sense of history. But, they really cannot have one, because the Christian music has not 40 years of good solid music in all genres of rock. Christian music for the longest time had maybe three sub genres that changed drastically with the times. There were few people that were consistent and true to their roots.

Look. People always have and always will like the 60s rock, no matter what it is. What 60s Christian music did we have? None really. It started with Elvis singing on a previously released Imperials record. Then the Jesus music came later. Who really wants to claim and listen to Elvis?

It is sad that when see a group not playing well and being supported. Here you have Petra which although the line up change they hold a standard of playing awesome. I never went to a Petra concert saying he did not play well ! That says something!
