My husband went to the Vikings preseason game with his brother a week ago Friday. He's taking me to two games in November. He's pretty excited, especially if Brock Lesnar makes the team. I've never been to a football game and am expecting it to be more fun than watching it on tv. :)

We're really only Dallas fans... I don't have the time to keep up with every team! We watched them lose misearbly to Houston two weeks ago, but it looks like they won Saturday vs. arch-enemy Oakland. WOO-HOO!

I hope to go to a JAGs game this year. I wish I could get some Superbowl tickets. I'd go back to my home town for that!

The game was an embarrasing loss for the UNI team. Iowa State won 23 to nothing. By the fourth quarter I was hoping we would at least score some points. At least I'm also an ISU fan because my older brothers went there so it wasn't a great big deal.

But the UNI marching band field show was anything but disgraceful. I did not mess up any of the moves or visuals in our drill, and I did not see anyone else screw up either. We played four arrangements of Grand Funk Railroad tunes plus our fight song.
