But Wayne acts in a strange way. I have thougth that here in Brazil it would be a result of an amount of problems that petra had here in the past.

But he is rude with you too... Look, you know I get involved in the marketing of the three events in Brazil... Pastors and many people do not deal with Petra cause of him... Thehe is one show that did not happen and Wayne was right but they losso other opportunities...

But I think he is full of activities. Lets pray for him.

It's time to let it go now I think Artur; people's behavior has a way of catching up with them. Putting concerts together can be tricky sometimes.

But I think things need to change..I could see during the show, sound track and other moments... Wayne is very nervous... I understand but it is not good. And I have a sad history about a e-mail too.

I can understand why that would bother you, Artur. But the best thing to do when someone has wronged you and you've had your say and done your best to do what's right is just to go on with your life. That is the best revenge; you'd only be hurting yourself in the long run by not letting it go now. Leave a little room for the laws of reaping and sowing. After all, rude people have the pleasure of having to live with themselves.

Well, let's be happy that we have a 30+ year old band that is still out there making new music and playing concerts. In this respect, I'd say Petra is rather unique - I can't think of any other Christian band from that era that is still out there doing what Petra is doing.

Unless you throw Randy Stonehill and Larry Norman in there, but I still wouldn't consider them in the same class as Petra. Even if they're still writing new music and doing concerts.

Regardless of what we think of management, at least Petra is still out there, still being visible, still doing God's work. And that's the most important thing.

It was taken in Las Vegas, Nevada this Spring. There are mountains behind me and to the right, you can see part of the resort we were staying at. I cropped out most of the picture to use as an avatar.

I used a pencil enhancement in PaintShopPro 8 to create sort of a cartoon effect.

Still not sure if I really like it though.

Most of us are not, and never will be, privy to what's going on inside of Petra's ministry or how their management handles things, and we need to be careful to not become too judgemental. With that said, as Christians we should be dedicated moreso to doing the best job that we can. We should do all work as if we're doing it directly for the Lord--not just for a paycheck or to impress a supervisor. I know that I've been guilty of this in the past. The website (petraband.com) and the dissemination of information through other resources are definitely things that should be addressed. Prayer is the key to handling this situation.
