Dear Voters,

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to speak my mind. I lost my job this past year. When Clinton was President, I worked in a very prosperous enterprise, but in the last year, we had to close our operations. Far worse, I lost two of my sons in Bush's war in Iraq. They gave their lives for their country, and for what? My pain of losing my sons is indescribable.

While it is trivial next to the loss of my sons, I regret to say that I am financially bankrupt and lost my home. I simply have nothing left! I am a senior citizen with various medical problems. I'm not in a position to begin a new career. I was reduced to the point of homelessness...all because of President Bush. And when the authorities found me, did they have any compassion for my misfortune and ailments? No, I was arrested.

If I had any money left, I would donate most of it to the Democratic Party. If Al Gore had been elected in 2000, I guarantee you, I would still have a job, a home, and most importantly, my sons, to carry on my legacy.

Liberals want to tax the rich and the weallthy. To help the middle class they say..how so

According to liberalsl anyone earning a paycheck or that receives social security is considered rich. The wealthly at they're core are the people who create businesses and create jobs which employ the middle class.

Liberals says that the rich and wealthiest americans are taxed too little and need to pay more yeah right. They are already taxed to the gills. How is taxing the rich and wealthy going to halp the middle class. When policies are made into law that do that. The money that would be going to start a business, create a job thus adding to the payroll, goes to the government instead..Thus throwing another job down the toilet and making government bigger.

I'm for eliminating the capital gains tax and any other taxes that put the squeeze on the people that help grow the ecomony. Instead of taking the money and sending it to washington have them save the money so they can buy more equipment for there operation or add to the payroll to create a job or both.

By giving us tax cuts they put more money in our pockets..Then what do we do we go out and spend the money buying things. What does that do gives the factories incentive to make more. if they are making more...They have a job making more things for us to buy.

Seems like common sense to me...but what do I know I'm just a guy whos on disability and out of work and Republican..

Oh and another thing. the libs have been saying we are not safer in the World because of President Bushes Policies and we are not safer here in are own country. Are these guys on crack. How many terrorist attacks have we had on our own soil since 9-11....ZILCH!

Yes I know that in Iraq there have been numberous car bombings, beheadings and such..Its a horrible thing all of it just today 35 children were the target. Recently the cowards over in Russia killed a bunch of kids infants and some parents in a school standoff .

These coward terrorists need to be defeated destroyed and brave men and women of the US military will do it and if its done on foriegn soil so be it. Kerry doesnt have the guts or backbone to deal with this or any of the libs..

something I found interesting in the debate was Kerry's constand use of the phrase "a plan to win the peace". He wants to be heard saying that over and over and hopes no one really thinks about it. I haven't heard much about it, but in my interpretation of it, it really doesn't mean anything. To me it's like trying to describe Iraq as a competition similar to the world series or stanley cup where two sides are battling for the same thing. They are trying to win the pennant or win the stanley the cup. So, when Kerry says we need a plan to win the peace, I think of two sides fighting for the same thing, in this case peace, and Kerry is accusing our Coach, GWB, of not having a game plan to win. That is a totally ludicrous idea. It's nonsense to think that the terrorists in Iraq want peace and are fighting for the same thing we are. You don't win the peace, and then the other team goes home. You stamp out the terrorists, allowing the remaining to people to live in freedom and peace.

Gman, you are very correct. Terrorists have to be exterminated like cochroaches - because that's what they are. You can't reason with them. It doesn't matter why they want to kill us. The fact is, they DO want to kill us, and they will kill more of us unless we completely take them out. They cannot be negotiated with, they can only be destroyed. Bush understands this. You cannot "win" the peace. The conditions for peace will exist when terrorists are absent.

I wonder how many Americans were paying attention last week when new revelations were made about Islamic terrorist plans for America. Did you hear about those computer discs that were discovered with floor plans for some of America's schools? Now what, pray tell, would a cold-blooded Islamic murderer want with architectural plans for an American school?

Ever heard of Beslan? That's the town in Russia where Islamic terrorists most-probably associated with al Qaeda murdered over 200 Russian school children. They obtained plans for the school, entered the school, secured the escape routes, rigged the school with explosives, and held hundreds of children and their parents hostage for days. The, when the children tried to escape after explosives were detonated, the brave Islamic warriors started shooting little school children in the back. Now we learn that other Islamic terrorists have been collecting plans for American government schools.

Do you want to talk about terror? What type of terror do you think would sweep America if suicidal Islamic murderers invaded just one American school and killed 200 school children as they did in Beslan? The murders of the American school children would be preceded by a few days of a hostage standoff. The area around the school would be a sea of satellite trucks as television brought the hostage crisis to virtually every American living room. Petrified parents across the country would keep their children at home. Homeland security forces would negotiate while planning a raid to free the children. The Islamic terrorists would play the negotiating game while soaking up the worldwide publicity from the intense 24/7 television coverage. Then, as deadlines approached, the Islamic murderers would fulfill their suicidal designs. They would hit America in its softest spot ... it's children. Hundreds of American school children would die. Cameras from Arab television would bring to America scenes of militant Islamists celebrating and dancing in the streets of Egypt, Syria, Iran and the so-called Palestinian territories.

How long do you think it would take for Americans to begin sending their children back to government schools? Billions of dollars would be appropriated by the congress to create the ESA, the Education Security Agency. Our schools would become armed fortresses. The school day would be lengthened to allow time for the intense security screenings that would be required of every teacher, administrator, student, cafeteria worker and janitor. Life in America would undergo a change that would make long airport security lines almost pleasant by comparison.

This is the nature of the enemy we face. They shoot school children in the back. They had plans for American schools. Correction: They HAVE plans for American schools. Weapons of mass destruction? You don't think that was mass destruction you saw in Beslan last month? How can you draw comfort from the fact that Saddam Hussein, with his proven ties to al Qaeda, had temporarily halted his chemical, biological and nuclear weapons programs until he could manipulate the United Nations into removing sanctions? How can this make you feel one bit safer after witnessing the sight of hundreds of small black body bags guarded by the sobbing mothers and fathers of Beslan?

Three weeks from tomorrow you have a chance to send these Islamic murderers a message. You can tell them that Americans are resolute in their determination to find those who would kill us ... and who would kill our children .. and destroy them before they get the opportunity to carry out their deadly plans. Three weeks from tomorrow you can show them that there will be no global test. There will be no hasty withdrawal. There will be no appeasement. Our determination to protect our citizens and our children will not be dependent on the participation of France or Germany, or on the approval of a United Nations infested with corruption and the poison of anti-Americanism. You can send the message that the wishes of a majority of Europeans for a weakened America will not be realized.

Three weeks from tomorrow ... when you head to the polls ... think about those building plans for American schools on terrorist laptops. If, with those thoughts in mind, you can still bring yourself to vote for appeasement, for a weakened America, and for a pullback from the front on the war on terror --- if you can still bring yourself to vote for John Kerry, then you are a completely different type of American than I.

Elo, I'm very sorry you feel that way. George Bush is a born-again evangelical Christian who has personally led people to Christ, even while as President. Bush is a crusader for Christian and moral values. It is because of his stand for Christianity and morality that liberal democrats have attacked him so viciously. You see, Elo, this is the underlying reason our country is so divided. Bush has taken a stand against evil - not just on the domestic front - but also against the evils of terrorism. All the rhetoric you hear against Bush is nothing but an attempt by liberal, immoral democrats to attack the decency and goodness that Bush is all about.

And again, Bush can say tons of things about christianity as long he sees people will vote for him. (Kerry too). Reality is this: yeah, he might be a christian but he is a politic too, he is gonna say whatever he needs to for people vote for him.

Have you guys investigated about Bush`s life? (�r even Kerry?), have you ever looked for something else beside what they say about themselves?.

Have you seen Fahrenheit 9/11? or columbine?, if you are calling Michael Moore Michael Moron is because I assume you watched it (if you are open minded of course).

I`m not gonna get in a discussion AGAIN (like mentioning topics about the terrorism war and stuff), but please take out the idea of that "he is christian so he is doing the right things" UH UH. He is human and he wants to be reelected he is gonna say whatever it takes to win.

Don`t put all your hopes on Bush just because he call himself christian, being christian has nothing to do with your hability for being a president.

You have a right to your opinion like anyone else, Elo, and you're right about none of them being perfect. And I'm sure there are politicians out there who would say anything if they thought it would win them an election; that's why it's politics. But the media is very misleading, you can't get the whole picture from the media either. Take it from someone who has lived near Hollywood all her life, the media twists things.

The movie is well done and is made in gossip, Moore presents solid facts for making his argument valid. I invite you to see it not as a Bush supporter, either as a Kerry supporter, but as someone who wants to know another perspective of Bush.

Is ridiculous you consider to vote without having all the information. If after seeing the movie you still wanna vote for Bush, FINE, but don`t call Moron to Michael Moore only because he has a different opinion of you guys.

Elo, Elo, Elo... it's my turn to ask you to be open minded with this. Michael Moron's movie is anything BUT a documentary. It's liberal propaganda trash with only ONE goal... to turn people against Bush. It has positively NO credibility. It has a clear agenda, and the bias is sickening. Honestly, Michael Moron is a disgrace to the United States.

No one is saying Bush is a savior. That's what non-US citizens seem to think, but that's just not true. We believe that Bush is a fellow believer who does the best he can to live out his faith and make the best decisions he can. He is a moral man. He believes in Christian principles and lives by them. No one is trying to deify him. But I believe God brought him to the presidency, and I believe he is the right leader at the right time for our country. He is genuine. He doesn't grandstand his faith, but he doesn't deny it nor does he hide it. It is not credible to assert that Bush is using his faith to win votes. There's nothing to base that on.

Wouldn't you rather have a president who shares the same Christian core beliefs that you do and will defend life and liberty? No offense, but I just don't understand the way the rest of the world thinks. It's almost like the more secular-minded a political figure becomes, the more they are respected. Maybe you can explain that to me.
