something I wanna share...

you guys know what I think about relationships (guess I have been very clear, hahahaha), well, last night I was making new coreographic movements and was drawing them (ya know, I create a certain routine and have a system of drawing it so I don`t forget), well, to each new routine I like to give it a name and a bible verse (so the movements has an spiritual meaning ya know), well, I was thinking what name could I put to this one I just did and the word "Trust" came to my mind so I decided to use that one and then I looked for a Bible verse.


On my search I found this verse:
Psalm 37:5.- Commit thy way unto the Lord; trust also in Him; and He shall bring it to pass.


It really HIT me.
Ya know, all the times when you guys where telling me "hey, God has something different for you, you won`t experience what your family is living blablabla (hehehe)" for me, all that sounded so empty because *you* were telling me that, not *God*. I mean, I wasn`t feeling that God was telling me that but that *you* were telling me that as humans who were trying to "make me feel better".

When I read that verse I felt like if God were telling me: "look, I don`t care what your experiences are, I don`t care what you have seen, I don`t care if you think all men sucks (with a whole respect of all men here), I don`t care if you have been hurt in the past, I don`t care about your family`s history and I don`t care about any evidence youmight shown me of relationships suck, I don`t care if you are full of anger and fear. The only thing I say to you is to give Me your way, your life, and that you trust ME and I will do things work out."


That really.....really....hit me, it was like if God were shaking me and speaking to me and force me to look straight to His eyes and listen.

I`m still having a little bit of fear but I have given my anger and wounds and fear to Him, and with all my strenght I`m forcing myself to believe Him.

I wanted to share this with some of you, who knows, I thought this could encourage someone...

That's cool Elo...It all boils down to trusting God. It's okay to ask for prayer though, and it's okay to be angry. I have a few issues with men myself... (The men here are pretty cool though) You just can't let it stop you from trusting God or let it ruin your life.

Lexingtonpethead (David) has had some problems related to his job, that`s why he hasn`t been around so if you get a chance, lifting up an small prayer for him would be a blessing.
