I read a question in one of the rumor threads recently that if Petra retired would the Zone continue.

I think it would be adding insult to injury if the Zone did not continue. We are a community who have a common love for Petra. And that will continue regardless of whether Petra is recording new records and playing concerts.

So, to Micah and the Moderators (almost sounds like a new band), keep up the good work.

sure, I hadn't even considered taking it down!!!

I'm sure Petra will have a fanatical base for at least another decade or two!

Hey Sue owns da name......don't think she's gonna shut down our zone!

This is a great meeting place for people and - we will continue to meet and grow friendships and keep praying for one another. Maybe God gave us another reason just to stick together......so that we see that we are still brothers and sisters in Christ, even with PETRA retired.......

We are family! I have met some of the dearest people in my life..including hubby 'cause of Petra...so don't go away!:)

Cat asked me last night if I thought we should discontinue the Guide to Petra. I was like, WHY?? There are plenty of fan sites out there for bands who are no longer officially together. This site is no different... as long as people want to talk about Petra, there should be a place to do so!

Hey just because Elvis died it didn't keep people from buying his albums,watching his movies and concert specials on TV,and liking him and having like a thousand Elvis fan sites and fan clubs and conventions!(But hey you've got remeber Elvis has/had a bigger fan base than Petra)So just because Petra is retiring it shouldn't keep us from having our fan sites,messageboards,and all that good stuff that we Petheads do.
