Great concert! John was as good as I have ever seen. Paul & Greg do an excellent job and Bob..........it was obvious to me that Bob was the missing piece the past few years. He was incredible. The guys stayed after for autographs. Greatly appreciated.
Bittersweet though......great to see them in concert again but it will be the last time I will ever see them live.

I almost went to this show before the KC one was booked. I believe I have some old friends who trekked out to Springfield for this, though. If one of 'em writes a review for his site, I'll add a link here.

My brother attended both! He thought Petra sounded a little better last night. Hard to improve on greatness though!
Two opening acts were fine. I know that this is usually a necessary evil but I would have vote for 3 hours of Petra and no opening acts! Oh well. Can't wait for the CD/DVD!!!!!!!!!
My only real complaint came after the show. The guys are sitting at the table signing autographs and my son is about 1/2 way back. When we get up to the table the guy who gives the talk concerning child sponsorship comes up to me and says that no more pictures "with" the guys unless we are willing to wait until everyone else had gone through. This wouldn't have been an issue except for the fact that a few hoosiers decided to talk with John & Bob about how every song had impacted their lives and then proceeded to discuss life history stuff. After the looong hold up these guys come back, cut in line and take turns getting pictures with John & Bob. As a result we didn't get that opportunity. I asked my son if he wanted to wait another 30 minutes and he said no. It was already 11:20 and we had a three hour drive ahead of us. Is it wrong to hope that their pictures don't turn out? LOL
