Just made a couple "improvements".
1. Moved all the CSS information from the static page header to a separate .css include file. It was about 7k of info. My guess is that the whole site will be noticeably faster for modem users. Does anyone notice? Also, does it look the same for everyone or did I goof somehow?
2. Put a link to the definition of petheads. Happy Sue?

Hmm... Micah, I think I read that none of the browsers currently cache CSS style sheet includes, although they COULD and probably SHOULD. I use dialup at home, but because of my browsing habits (open a zillion windows and let them all load at once so I'm never short of new stuff to read) I couldn't really tell you if there's a noticeable time difference, Really, it's pretty snappy regardless. I have no complaints about speed on this incarnation of The Petra Zone.

Well, there are several log entries where the "bytes requested" field is "-", so at least some browsers are caching.
