Engineer/Producer Brent Handy (Project Damage Control/HA! Records) is accepting CDs and Digital tracks for consideration, to be included on a HA! Indie CD, to be packaged, distributed and sold world-wide, with the next Project Damage Control CD (see www.projectdamagecontrol.com).

Project Damage Control is distributed globally to brick and mortar and digital music download services by Wesscott Marketing and Go Global Entertainment. PDC submits press packs, CDs and ftp downloads to all radio stations with matching playlist formats (AC & Rock). HA! has done all of the work that the average independent artist can't or won't do on their own. Now independent artists can reap the rewards.

Disclaimer:
1. Submission for consideration is free. IF a song is chosen, the ARTIST/Submitter pays $495.00 to have the song included on the Indie disc.
There are many radio promo services that charge this $995.00, with no guarantees, no industry clout, and hence zero results.
2. Submitted songs must be original compositions by the submitter. No covers! Submitted press packets must contain true, verifiable information. HA! Recording LLC, VAH Productions and PDC assume no liability.
3. Submitter retains right of ownership of songs. The disc will not generate There will be no royalties, mechanicals or other income earned from sales.
4. The one-time fee of $495.00 US is payable with cash, check, money order and Pay Pal. The fee covers expenses for services rendered (re-recording, mastering, duplication, packaging, marketing, radio sub- mission, radio rotation tracking, industry feedback reporting, sales distribution to all English speaking countries, downloading services, etc).
5. MOST IMPORTANT! Do not submit materials expecting them to be returned. Do not submit materials if your band is not able to support the sales of a national release with live performances, interviews, etc. HA! and PDC will get your foot in the door. It is up to you to make it happen.
6. IF you have the chops, the songs and the heart, HA! may make an offer to sign you up. No promises, just exposure!
7. Never believe anyone that guarantees huge success in this business!
