Petra spots on radio
The "Country Legends" radio station in Houston ran a spot for Panama City, Florida with a Petra mention in it. Of course they mentioned Third Day and a slew of other Christian artists but it was still neat to hear Petra listed as an attraction. A bit odd that they broadcast the spot IMO since we are pretty far from Florida, but I guess they are hoping for a lot of out of towners.

Re: Petra spots on radio
To be honest I really like the song list they use. A lot of the music is rock from the 70's- 80's that doesn't get plated on any other terrestrial stations. Eddie Rabbit, the Eagles, Alias, etc. That's why the station is a preset, I just happened to be shuffling through the presets and heard the last half of the ad.

That sounds like the exact same spot I heard on country radio south of Atlanta. Yes, I occasionally listen to country when there's not much else to listen to, and I do like some of it so KISS MY GRITS!

Lol. Most radio listening for me would sports talk radio; I will frequently listen to 89.7 power rock just to keep updated on Christian music.
