so those images are RARELY seen by outsiders? let me tell ya something, I watched those before and many like those before, this is about "reality" and a "pink world".
When I read the post I felt like if you guys were assuming all that as "the whole truth and nothing but the truth".
Let me tell ya something.- the media manipulates EVERYTHING.
I have no doubts that someone might be happy in Irak but believe me, thinking that the USA "set" them free is a really "fairy tale" theory, they destroyed houses, inoccent people and stuff and you guys expect they will be happy?.
AND, please, remember the original reason of why they went there, the USA didn`t go to set free ANYONE. The USA government is not that nice believe me, they had other interests over there and started to manipulate the "we are going to give freedom" thought when if you remember, that wasn`t the goal for going over there.
You guys have to believe what you have to believe NOT what you would wish were true. Have you heard perspectives of some soldiers who are over there?.
yeah, they might have set Irak free, ok, no doubt of it but it wasn`t a fairy tale like "Bush Hood went to help the weak people and set them free", it was and has been a whole destruction over there.
and please, PLEASE!!!!! don`t take this personal, I`m not attacking american people but american government (I`m only judging ONE single guy: Bush).
and no one, either Mathew RJ and me have anything against USA, I love you all and I have great friends over there but I have to disagree with what you guys are saying.
Elo, no matter what your views are, we're still gonna be friends, and I say this with great respect for you through the Lord.
But you are flat out wrong about what you think this war was about. The reason we went over there was because all the intelligence said that Iraq had WMDs. England knew it. Russia knew it. The French knew it. The liberal democrats in congress knew it. This is why we went in. Saddam had to be taken out. A by-product of removing a dictator is that the people find freedom in the process.
This was done with the greatest of care to limit physical destruction as much as possible. But because Saddam refused to prove he didn't have WMDs and because he wouldn't leave or step down peacefully, he and his military had to be removed by force. War is not pretty. Yes, mistakes happen that bring unintended consequences. But if you ask the Iraqi people if it was worth it to gain their freedom, they obviously think it was.
Plus, the US is spending billions of dollars rebuilding Iraq. I could understand your dissent if we went in there and destroyed their cities without helping them rebuild. Not only are we doing this, but we are also helping them establish a democracy of their own. They will soon be an autonomous nation that loves freedom as much as Americans do.
You have obviously been influenced by the liberal media, and that's a real shame. You don't defeat terrorism by cowtowing to the likes of Osama YoMomma and Zarkowi. You have to exterminate them. If that bothers you, then I would have to say that maybe you don't value freedom enough to defend it. America exists today only because the people who first settled here loved freedom enough to fight for it and defend it once it was achieved. America will always rise up to defend its freedom - whether the rest of the world likes it or not.
The United States is a beacon to the world. In spite of its faults and problems, it is the greatest nation in which to live. I am proud of George W Bush. He is truly one of America's greatest Presidents and the best friend of everyone around the world who loves freedom.
